We are so excited to have Emily on board. Emily will be doing weekly yoga sessions with the children and helping us to incorporate it as part of their daily routine.

Emily has been practising yoga for 20 years and it has always helped her maintain a healthy mind and body through the various challenges and developments of life: exams, pregnancy, motherhood and juggling the balance between work and family.
Having been a Primary School Teacher for 8 years, Emily is passionate about using her skills as a nurturer to share the wide-ranging benefits of yoga with children as well as adults.
